New aluminum air box for a Polaris Outlaw 525 IRS.
Will only fit independent rear suspension models.
Will not fit straight/ solid rear axle models.
Will fit any year.
Installing this air box and re-jetting your carb will give you a 3-5 horsepower increase.
If you leave the lid on, no re-jetting change is required.
The air box is made from 5052 series aluminum for high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This air box uses a 4" I.D. filter that has 30% more dirt holding capacity than the stock air filter.
Does not come with a filter.
Uses UNI part number NU-4102ST.
